The Mission: Leading the Future of Streaming

Stylers Group is seeking a technical visionary to pilot a senior backend crew. You will oversee the architecture for a massive streaming ecosystem, managing high-load services that power VOD and live TV experiences. This role isn't just about oversight; it's about steering a four-person senior team through complex challenges like event-driven data modeling, OIDC-based security, and sophisticated subscription billing logic.

AI-First Engineering & The Stack

The environment is built for developers who think in natural language and verify with types. By leveraging a stack of TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL, you'll maintain a codebase that is highly legible for both humans and AI agents. A core part of your workflow involves using Claude Code for agentic coding tasks, ensuring that AI acts as a massive force multiplier for your team's architectural goals.

What You'll Tackle

• Architectural Orchestration: Design microservices using NATS and Redis to handle intense streaming traffic.
• Fintech & Identity: Implement robust payment gateways and authentication systems that scale.
• AI Leadership: Mentor a senior team in moving beyond basic prompts into deep, agentic AI-assisted development.
• System Evolution: Plan the migration of legacy data into a modern, event-driven backend while maintaining active involvement in the codebase.
