As the Business Operations Lead, you will act as the architect of AirOps’ internal engine, transforming complex business challenges into automated, scalable systems. You aren't just managing spreadsheets; you are building the operational backbone of a company that is redefining how brands survive in the age of AI search. Your mission is to drive the company toward the $100M ARR milestone through high-velocity sprints and rigorous financial modeling.

Vibe Coding the Business

At AirOps, business operations is an engineering discipline. You will be expected to:

• Prompt-Engineered Workflows: Use Claude and the AirOps platform to build AI-native systems for deal desks and reporting.
• Automation-First Mindset: Replace manual tasks with intelligent automations that you 'vibe-code' rather than build with legacy tools.
• Strategic Sprints: Embed within departments for 2-4 week cycles to diagnose and solve bottlenecks using modern AI stacks.

What You Bring

We are looking for a strategy veteran with over 5 years of experience in high-growth SaaS who treats AI as their primary workspace. You should be comfortable building revenue models from scratch and moving fluidly between executive summaries and deep technical automation. If you’ve previously shipped AI tools or workflows that solved real-world problems, you’ll fit right in with our fast-moving, San Francisco-based team.
