As a lead architect for AI solutions at PAR Technology, you will act as the technical architect behind a company-wide push for intelligent automation. Your job is to listen to the needs of business units—from HR to Finance—and translate those goals into functional AI-driven systems. You aren't just advising; you're building the infrastructure that makes AI work for everyone.

AI-Native Methodology

This position is tailor-made for the 'vibe coder.' PAR is looking for experts who use GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Azure AI to move faster than traditional development cycles. You will spend your time designing sophisticated system prompts, configuring Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and building custom internal agents that leverage the latest LLM capabilities. It's about high-level architecture and smart prompting rather than manual line-by-line coding.

Impact and Growth

You will own the lifecycle of AI projects, from the initial request to production. Beyond building, you will manage the company's AI ROI—or 'tokenomics'—by optimizing how models are deployed and used.
