• Prototype & Automate: Use tools like Cursor and ChatGPT to build lightweight dashboards and scripts that streamline financial reporting.
• AI Championing: Implement AI platforms such as Granola, Notion AI, and Gamma to optimize team-wide productivity.
• Data Rigor: Audit complex datasets and property performance metrics through automated workflows you design yourself.
