As a Staff Product Manager, you will spearhead the integration of generative AI across Weedmaps' core business systems. This isn't a traditional 'writing specs' role; you will be expected to get hands-on with AI tools to reimagine how the company handles finance, sales, and HR operations. Your goal is to move past manual bottlenecks by building and scaling AI-driven automations that ensure data integrity and operational speed.

Technical Execution and Vibe Coding

This position is tailor-made for technical product leaders who embrace the vibe-coding philosophy. You'll use AI-native environments like Cursor and Replit to rapidly generate functional prototypes, validating your ideas against real-world APIs before they ever reach the engineering queue.

• Tooling: Direct use of Cursor, Replit, and LLM frameworks to build prototypes.
• Architecture: Designing RAG implementations and managing LLM performance metrics like accuracy and error budgets.
• Ecosystem: Deep integration with Salesforce (Einstein), SAP, and revenue operations workflows.

Impact and Growth

You will own the enterprise AI roadmap, making high-level strategic decisions while maintaining the technical fluency to understand context windows and hallucination risks.
