As the Chief of Staff for New Verticals, you will lead the charge in expanding their impact, starting with the Injury sector. This is a high-autonomy role where you’ll transition from high-level strategy and P&L management to hands-on product creation, reporting directly to the General Manager and CEO.
The Vibe Coding Edge
Unlike traditional executive roles, this position demands a "builder" mindset powered by modern AI development tools. You will be responsible for:
- Rapid Prototyping: Directly "vibe coding" new web intake systems to qualify and onboard clients, moving from concept to live product using natural language prompting.
- Strategic Experimentation: Designing and executing test-and-learn cycles for client acquisition using AI-assisted data analysis and scrappy outreach pilots.
- Product Architecture: Using AI tools to define and build the logic for how Atticus handles complex legal scenarios, ensuring the tech evolves as fast as the business needs.
Career Trajectory and Perks
This role is designed as a fast track to executive leadership or a GM position. You’ll join a fully remote team that values high-density talent and offers a base salary between $160,000 and $180,000 plus equity.
