Growth Product Manager, Cross-Sell

The Role: Architecting the Cross-Sell Engine

As a Growth PM at Rippling, you will be the primary owner of the infrastructure that drives the company’s expansion. Your mission is to manage the systems—including the algorithm-driven 'Next Best Product' engine—that determine how and when customers discover new features. You will oversee in-product advertising, native landing pages, and email automation, ensuring that Rippling’s multi-product ecosystem scales efficiently through smart, automated systems.

Vibe Coding & Technical Stack

This isn't just a strategy role; it's a 'hands-on-the-keyboard' position designed for the modern, AI-augmented builder. You will use Cursor and other AI tools to prototype fixes, write scripts, and explore data within Snowflake and GitHub. By embracing a vibe coding workflow, you’ll be able to troubleshoot campaign logic and build technical proofs-of-concept before ever involving the core engineering team.

Core Responsibilities & Growth

• Strategic Roadmap: Lead the development of in-product advertising surfaces and product-led growth initiatives.
• Technical Prototyping: Leverage AI assistants to validate audience logic and automate marketing operations.
• Sprint & Project Management: Coordinate with Ads and Growth engineering teams to ship infrastructure improvements and fix underlying system bugs.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Build comprehensive reporting to track pipeline attribution and experiment with new trigger signals to improve conversion across the platform.
