As the inaugural Controller, you will move beyond traditional accounting to architect a finance function from the ground up. • Automate Workflows: Use Python and AI-assisted tools to streamline complex reconciliations and eliminate manual handoffs.
• Deploy AI Solutions: Leverage Zapier and "vibe-coding" techniques to bridge gaps between NetSuite and operational data.
• Strategic Engineering: Partner with technical teams to build robust, scalable financial visibility that traditional firms simply can't match.

Starting as the first dedicated accounting lead, you will manage everything from USGAAP compliance to multi-entity intercompany structures.
