As an early hire at Variant, you will bridge the gap between customer strategy and technical execution. This isn't a typical account management role; you'll be actively building digital experiments and personalized experiences directly on the platform. By utilizing a vibe coding workflow, you will translate client needs into functional web improvements at startup speed.

The Vibe Coding Workflow

Variant specifically seeks individuals who leverage modern AI development assistants like Claude Code, Lovable, or Base44 to accelerate their output. While a foundational understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is necessary, your primary strength will be using natural language tools to:

• Deploy conversion-focused experiments and UX enhancements.
• Proactively identify and fix site performance issues using AI assistance.
• Influence the product roadmap by testing new AI-driven personalization features.

This is a high-ownership position within a fast-moving, VC-backed environment. You will work alongside the founders to establish the standard for how AI-assisted development can transform customer success and eCommerce growth.
