Delivery Manager

The Role

As a Delivery Manager at ELVTR, you will serve as the essential link between ambitious business objectives and technical execution. Based remotely in Ukraine, you will orchestrate the development of internal systems and AI-powered platforms. Your focus will be on transforming vague requests into actionable specifications, managing the delivery lifecycle from initial intake to final release, and ensuring that every feature launched actually solves the intended problem for the company.

AI-First Delivery

This position redefines project management by incorporating active 'vibe coding.' You will leverage AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude to build quick prototypes and internal automations that clarify requirements and speed up the delivery pipeline. While you aren't replacing the engineering team, you will use your technical fluency with APIs and databases to validate ideas and eliminate manual bottlenecks before they reach the production stage.
