Per Scholas is looking for a Director of AI Product Management to serve as the strategic link between human needs and AI capabilities. In this remote-friendly leadership position, you will lead the discovery process, turning ambiguous business challenges into structured requirements. Your mission is to ensure that every AI tool in the portfolio is rigorously validated and designed to solve real-world problems for a mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

• Deep Discovery: Lead workshops to extract and document user needs using modern analytical frameworks.
• Solution Validation: Prototype and evaluate AI/ML tools to ensure they meet technical and financial benchmarks.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of AI products from initial planning through adoption and iteration.
• Process Architecture: Create the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that allow AI-assisted development to scale across the organization.
