As a Director at RSM, you will lead the bridge between experimental AI and enterprise-scale production. Your primary mission is to design and deploy 'AI Landing Zones' on Azure and AWS, creating the secure environments necessary for mid-market clients to run sophisticated agents and LLMs. This is a leadership role that balances high-level cloud architecture with the hands-on engineering required to make AI resilient and scalable.

The Vibe Coding Tech Stack

This position is tailor-made for architects who leverage AI-assisted development to move faster. You will work with the firm's proprietary vibe-coding harness to take rapid prototypes and turn them into hardened, containerized services. Key technologies you will master and deploy include:

• AI Frameworks: LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and MCP servers for agentic workflows.
• Cloud Automation: Codifying complex environments using Terraform, Bicep, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Operational Excellence: Implementing LLMOps for model evaluation, token management, and security guardrails like prompt-injection defense.

Strategic Leadership

You will act as a key advisor to client executives, translating complex AI trade-offs into clear business strategies. By contributing to reusable reference architectures and accelerators, you will help define the firm's standard for Managed AI services while growing your expertise in a rapidly evolving field.
