Tono Health is transforming how specialty medicine operates by building a fully autonomous clinic infrastructure. You will help replace manual medical workflows with intelligent systems, starting with dermatology. This isn't just about building a portal; it's about architecting an AI-driven EHR that handles everything from patient intake to clinical documentation across dozens of states.

Engineering with AI-First Tools

You will own the entire feature lifecycle within a high-performance TypeScript monorepo. This role is a playground for developers who use AI to amplify their output, as you'll be working with a stack designed for rapid, reliable iteration:

• Frontend & Backend: Next.js, React, Fastify, and tRPC.
• Data & AI: Prisma, PostgreSQL, and LLM integrations via OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Agentic Workflows: Using Mastra and Inngest to build self-improving loops and clinical automation.
