In this role, you will transition the organization from manual, contractor-led delivery to a high-velocity, internal engineering team that leverages the latest in AI-assisted development. You will own the strategy for Ōura's integration platform, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between core business systems while maintaining the high standards required for a scaling global health brand.

This position sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture and the AI revolution. You won't just be managing traditional integrations; you will be responsible for:

• AI-Augmented Workflows: Implementing 'vibe coding' techniques and LLM-driven development to accelerate integration delivery.
• Agentic Infrastructure: Building and managing an 'Agentic Workforce' that uses AI agents and MCP-style patterns to handle complex operations.
• Modern iPaaS Stack: Leading the evolution of Workato and cloud-native services (AWS/Azure/GCP) using event-driven and API-first designs.
