As the Director of Guest Education, you will steer the educational strategy for one of San Francisco's most iconic institutions. You'll oversee a diverse team of over 20 educators, transforming scientific research into captivating, hands-on experiences for millions of visitors. This role isn't just about managing staff; it's about redefining how a 21st-century museum operates by integrating cutting-edge storytelling with scientific rigor.

Building with a Vibe-Coding Mindset

This position is unique for a leadership role because it specifically calls for proficiency in the 'vibe coding' ecosystem. You will be expected to:

• Deploy generative AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Lovable to prototype and build educational modules.
• Utilize platforms like Gamma and Figma to visualize and pitch immersive exhibits.
• Iterate on guest-facing technology using natural language and prompt-based development to keep the museum at the forefront of digital-physical interaction.

Leading the Regenerative Mission

Beyond the tech, you are a strategist and a storyteller. You will collaborate with biodiversity scientists to turn complex climate data into actionable insights for the public. By securing grants and managing significant budgets, you'll ensure that the Academy remains a global leader in environmental literacy and a pioneer in the use of AI for public good.
