The Role

As the Director of Strategic Marketing, you will act as the bridge between technical engineering excellence and persuasive client-facing strategy. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across the U.S. and Mexico to transform complex AEC data into winning narratives. This isn't just a management role; it's a strategic position designed to modernize how the firm positions itself in a competitive global market through high-level pursuit leadership and messaging excellence.

AI & Tech Stack

You will be responsible for optimizing a tech stack that includes CRM systems, proposal automation software, and digital asset management tools, all while spearheading AI adoption. Your goal is to use these tools to eliminate manual administrative tasks, allowing your team to focus on high-vibe creative strategy and technical writing.

Growth & Leadership

You will have the opportunity to work directly with the C-suite to shape the firm's business plan and marketing budget. This role emphasizes mentorship, giving you the platform to recruit top talent and build a culture where AI-assisted productivity is the standard. By monitoring win rates and pursuit costs through advanced analytics, you will demonstrate the tangible impact of a tech-forward marketing department.
