Group Product Manager - U.S. Growth

The Role

Glance is looking for a growth-focused leader to scale their AI-driven discovery platform across the United States. Rather than managing existing processes, you will be responsible for identifying fresh levers within the Android ecosystem to expand a user base that already exceeds 250 million people. You will sit at the crossroads of product design, data science, and business development to drive massive adoption on mobile devices and smart TVs.

Vibe Coding & Prototyping

This is a rare Product Management role where technical execution is a primary tool for strategy. You will use AI-assisted development to 'vibe code' and prototype new features independently. By building functional proofs-of-concept at the Android or backend layer using tools like Gemini and Vertex AI, you will prove your vision’s value through working code before moving to full-scale production.

Requirements

• 10+ years in consumer product management with a heavy emphasis on growth and a startup mindset.
• Hands-on experience with vibe coding or AI-assisted development to build functional prototypes.
• Proficiency in data diagnostics, funnel analysis, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Exceptional executive presence for pitching complex integration models to external stakeholders.
