The Role

As a strategic partner to the founder, you will act as a force multiplier for a rapidly scaling startup. This position bridges the gap between high-level vision and technical execution, requiring a leader who can take ambiguous ideas and transform them into automated systems. You will handle everything from launching scrappy marketing campaigns to hosting high-level industry events, all while maintaining an 'organized chaos' mindset that embraces rapid iteration.

Tech Stack & Vibe Coding Relevance

This role is designed for a builder who uses AI as their primary toolkit. You won't just be managing spreadsheets; you will be architecting a tech-enabled growth engine. Key responsibilities include:

• AI-Driven Automation: Engineering complex internal workflows using n8n, Zapier, and Airtable.
• Natural Language Building: Utilizing vibe coding platforms to bridge the gap between APIs and business logic.
• Applied AI Research: Keeping the team on the cutting edge of LLM capabilities to maintain a competitive advantage in the advertising space.
