Rather than just acting as a documentation specialist, you will be a hands-on builder responsible for modernizing the way the company handles its core workflows.

AI and Vibe Coding Focus

This position is tailor-made for the modern 'vibe coder.' You will lead the charge in creating and deploying AI agents using advanced LLMs like Claude and Gemini Enterprise. Your goal is to move away from slow, manual processes by leveraging natural language prompts and low-code tools to automate tasks within the Salesforce and Zuora ecosystems. You will be the resident expert in translating high-level business goals into functional, automated logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Development: Directly build and maintain AI-driven automations to support customer service and professional services teams.
• Strategic Oversight: Manage the intake and prioritization of AI projects based on ROI, data security, and feasibility.
• Process Optimization: Refine cross-functional systems including Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketo, and Planhat.
• Empowerment: Train internal teams on how to responsibly use AI tools to build their own no-code solutions.
