This is a unique 'player-coach' position where you will oversee a three-person team and manage core financial health, including month-end closes and US tax compliance, all while leveraging modern development workflows to automate manual processes.

This isn't a traditional spreadsheet role. You will be expected to independently ship web applications and data pipelines. Using AI vibe coding techniques, you will:

• Deploy internal tools using Claude Code and Copilot Pro
• Construct automated dashboards to replace manual reporting
• Bridge financial theory and software to create high-velocity accounting systems

Growth and Leadership

As you report to the Finance Transformation Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to scale the function and set new standards for how law firms operate.
