Mechanical Engineer

The Role

As a Mechanical Engineer at SSOE, you will bridge the gap between physical infrastructure and high-tech automation. You will be responsible for designing the complex mechanical systems—including HVAC, industrial piping, and fire protection—that power the world's most advanced manufacturing plants. This is a hands-on position in Phoenix where you will transform high-level concepts into detailed technical models and field-verified solutions.

Tech Stack & AI Integration

SSOE empowers its engineers to work at the speed of thought. While you will utilize industry standards like AutoCAD, Revit, and PIPE-FLO, you will do so within a framework that prioritizes "vibe coding." You will leverage Large Language Models to:

• Automate Calculations: Streamline load analyses, pressure drop calculations, and energy consumption modeling.
• Optimize Design: Use AI to assist in creating complex hydraulic curves and piping layouts.
• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Use modern tools to sync with electrical and structural teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
