The Role: GTM Engineer & AI Operator

At Beacon, you won't just be running marketing campaigns; you'll be building the engines that power them. As a strategic growth lead for a diverse portfolio of niche software companies, you'll identify bottlenecks and solve them by shipping AI-heavy solutions. Whether it's building custom lead-gen scripts or interactive market maps, your goal is to use natural language to turn strategic ideas into functional tools.

Why Vibe Coders Will Thrive

This isn't a traditional marketing role. You are expected to be highly proficient with LLMs, using tools like Claude and Cursor to prototype programmatic SEO strategies and build internal 'skills' that less technical team members can leverage. The company values results over process, providing a generous budget for AI tokens so you can focus on experimentation and high-leverage engineering rather than manual data entry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Rapid Prototyping: Use AI-assisted development to create tools for market analysis and churn prediction.
• Growth Architecture: Design and launch automated marketing funnels and outbound systems across various industries.
• Scaling Logic: Build custom AI workflows and playbooks that turn complex growth experiments into repeatable, scalable systems.
