Beacon Software is reimagining the private equity model by acquiring profitable, niche software businesses and supercharging them with a modern, AI-native growth engine. As a Member of the GTM Staff, you will act as a versatile 'growth engineer,' moving between portfolio companies to design and execute high-impact experiments. Whether you are launching sophisticated ad campaigns or building custom data tools, your goal is to identify and scale the revenue loops that traditional software companies often overlook.

Vibe Coding at Beacon

This position is specifically designed for the 'dangerous' vibecoder who uses AI tools to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You won't just be writing copy; you will be building:

• Interactive TAM visualizations and market analysis tools using LLMs.
• Scalable 'Claude skills' and automated playbooks for GTM teams.
• Programmatic SEO strategies and custom internal mini-products.
• Automated churn-detection systems and high-value lead identifiers.

Who You Are

You are a builder who values shipping over meetings. Ideally, you are a former founder or a growth-focused operator who is comfortable using natural language to prompt production-ready tools into existence. You will have access to an ample LLM budget and the autonomy to experiment across a diverse portfolio of $1M to $100M ARR companies, all while collaborating with a high-caliber team in New York.
