The Role: Architecting Agentic Intelligence

Microsoft is seeking a hybrid leader to move beyond static applications and build "agentic systems" for the Power Platform. Instead of just crafting interfaces, you will design the "reasoning" layer where AI agents and humans collaborate to solve business problems. You will be responsible for defining how these agents think, remember, and communicate, ensuring that every AI action is grounded in logic and user intent.

Vibe Coding & Technical Stack

This is a "builder-first" position that prioritizes high-velocity iteration through modern AI tools. You will spend your time "vibe coding" in AI-native IDEs to transform complex requirements into functional prototypes and production-grade features. While the stack involves TypeScript, React, and Azure, the core focus is on LLM orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture, and building "LLM-as-a-judge" pipelines to automate quality and performance benchmarking.

As a Principal Design Technologist, you will act as the strategic bridge between experimental design and professional engineering.
