As an AI Engagement Lead, you will act as the bridge between high-level business strategy and rapid technical execution. Your mission is to identify where generative AI can transform a client's core processes—from finance to customer service—and then build the proof of concept yourself. You aren't just managing; you are a hands-on architect leading the transition from initial idea to a hardened, production-ready cloud application for major industry players.

OCI has fully embraced a modern, AI-augmented workflow. You will leverage tools like Claude Code and Azure OpenAI to accelerate development, focusing on high-level architecture while the AI handles the heavy lifting of code generation.

• Languages: Masterful use of Python and TypeScript.
• Infrastructure: Deep integration with Azure, AWS, and Snowflake.
• AI Patterns: Heavy emphasis on MCP (Model Context Protocol), agentic workflows, and RAG architectures.
