The Role: Architecting the Future of AI-Driven CX

As a Principal Enterprise Architect at ASAPP, you will serve as the technical North Star for some of the world’s largest organizations. Your mission is to translate sophisticated agentic AI capabilities into tangible enterprise infrastructures. Rather than just handing off blueprints, you will actively lead discovery workshops with C-suite executives and engineering leaders, designing the reference architectures that enable global banks and airlines to deploy generative AI at an unprecedented scale.

Tech Stack and Vibe-Coding Integration

This role is tailor-made for architects who leverage AI to accelerate their output. You will be expected to:

• Prototype with Speed: Use Python, JavaScript, and AI coding assistants to build working API adapters and POCs that unblock major enterprise deals.
• Modern AI Workflows: Design systems involving RAG, LLM evaluation, and prompt engineering within complex telephony environments (SIP, WebRTC, and CCaaS).
• Bridge the Gap: Connect legacy stacks like Avaya or Genesys with modern, event-driven cloud architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
