The Mission

This isn’t your standard marketing gig; it’s a technical operations role focused on scaling a creator ecosystem through automation. You will serve as the architectural lead for Lovable’s influencer infrastructure, designing the CRM logic and data flows that keep the program running at high velocity. Your goal is to eliminate manual friction by building the systems that allow creator partnerships to scale effortlessly.

Vibe Coding & Tech Stack

Lovable is a company built for the era of AI-assisted development. In this role, you’ll leverage AI to build custom agents that streamline onboarding and handle complex logistics. You’ll also get hands-on experience using natural language tools to create landing pages and mini-apps, bridging the gap between operations and software creation.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Automation: Architect and deploy AI agents to handle repetitive creator inquiries and onboarding tasks.
• Systems Design: Build and optimize the 'operational backbone' using CRMs and project management tools, partnering with vibe coders to enhance functionality.
• Rapid Asset Creation: Use Lovable’s own platform to ship lightweight digital products like custom event pages and templates.
• Data Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts and payments while maintaining high-fidelity reporting.
