Principal Product Manager, Candova

The Role

As the Principal Product Manager for Candova, you will be the architect of a revolutionary AI-voice coach designed to close the global skills gap. Instead of typical slow-moving corporate cycles, you’ll be operating at 'vibe speed,' prototyping new features in days rather than months. You will define the roadmap, pricing, and product-market fit for a tool that teaches professionals how to master AI by working alongside them in real-time.

Vibe Coding & AI Tech

This is a deeply technical, hands-on leadership position. You will be expected to use AI daily to:

• Wire up autonomous agents and evaluate model performance.
• Build functional prototypes to test with customers every week.
• Accelerate research, spec writing, and QA using LLMs.

Experience with voice-first design and agentic workflows is crucial, as you'll be pushing the boundaries of what automated coaching can achieve. The company expects you to treat AI quality as a measurement problem, designing evaluation layers alongside every feature.
