As a Senior Security Engineer at Versant, you will move beyond manual oversight to build a sophisticated, automated defense infrastructure. You'll spend your time architecting scalable Python-based services and CI/CD integrations that allow a massive media portfolio to stay secure while moving at high velocity. This role is about creating self-healing systems and reusable infrastructure-as-code patterns that eliminate friction for engineering teams.

Leading the AI Revolution

A core component of this role is pioneering "vibe coding" and agentic workflows within the enterprise. You will design the guardrails for internal AI tools, building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and autonomous agents that handle security reviews and remediation. You'll be the primary voice establishing how the company uses LLMs to write code and manage cloud environments safely.

Tech Stack and Growth

• Modern DevOps: Deep integration with GitHub Actions, Terraform, and AWS to build policy-as-code guardrails.
