The Role

As a Principal Product Manager at Zeta Global, you will architect a next-generation AI ecosystem where agents don't just follow scripts but understand context. You'll lead the development of a sophisticated 'Context Graph' and orchestration layer that allows LLM agents to maintain persistent awareness of user goals and brand history. Your mission is to transform complex marketing data into seamless, agent-driven experiences that enable non-technical users to execute high-level strategies through natural language.

The Vibe Tech Stack

This position is designed for a technical leader who thrives on rapid experimentation. You will be at the forefront of the 'vibe coding' movement, using lightweight development and AI-assisted tools to build functional proof-of-concepts before scaling. Key technical focuses include managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, instrumenting agent telemetry with LangSmith, and designing robust evaluation suites to measure the confidence and accuracy of multi-step AI workflows.
