As the second designer on this tight-knit San Francisco team, you will be the bridge between complex frontier intelligence and the developers who need to trust it. You aren't just designing a dashboard; you are crafting the interface for the next era of reliable computing by building tools that make high-level reasoning accessible to everyday engineers.

AI-First Workflow

This is not a traditional design role where you simply hand off mockups. You will be expected to get your hands dirty in the codebase, utilizing AI-assisted tools to prototype interactions and refine the developer experience. Whether you are architecting an enterprise console or polishing the digital presence of the brand, you will use the same 'vibe coding' principles the company is founded on to iterate at high speeds and ship UI changes directly into production.

Core Responsibilities

• Developer Ecosystem: Design the journey from the initial playground and API onboarding to complex workspace management for enterprise teams.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain a robust library of accessible components that ensure a unified feel across the entire stack.
• Collaborative Engineering: Work side-by-side with engineers to debug UI and ensure that the final product meets a high standard of craftsmanship.
