Product Manager - AI-Native Business Systems

The Mission

Ohalo is scaling their breakthrough agricultural technology and needs a technical product leader to architect a unified, AI-driven operating system for the entire enterprise. You will move the company away from disconnected manual processes toward a streamlined environment powered by agentic workflows and intelligent automation. This role is about taking foundational AI capabilities and turning them into practical, high-impact business systems that handle everything from commercial operations to back-office administration.

Vibe Coding & Technical Stack

This position is tailor-made for a PM who 'builds' rather than just 'manages.' You will be expected to use modern AI development practices to move fast. Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing agentic coding harnesses and AI tools to rapidly prototype new operational workflows.
• Implementing and governing Model Context Protocol (MCP) to provide agents with secure, reliable access to internal tools.
• Leveraging SQL and Python to establish a definitive 'ground truth' for company-wide KPIs.
• Developing AI evaluation frameworks (evals) to monitor agent performance, accuracy, and cost-to-serve.
