The Opportunity

PDQ is looking for a Product Manager II to spearhead the core evolution of PDQ Connect. In this hybrid role based in South Salt Lake, you will be the bridge between customer pain points and technical execution. You will spend your days deep in research, translating insights into actionable roadmaps that keep the product at the forefront of the IT management space.

Built for Builders

This isn't a traditional 'status update' management role. PDQ wants a PM who can actually build. You will be expected to leverage natural language AI tools to create functional prototypes, allowing you to iterate on UX designs before they ever hit the engineering queue. This approach ensures high-velocity delivery and minimizes technical debt through early validation.

What You Bring

• AI-First Mindset: Comfort using LLMs and modern coding assistants to turn ideas into functional prototypes.
• Strategic Vision: At least 4 years of PM experience, ideally with a background in RMM systems or IT infrastructure.
• Design Literacy: The ability to critique UX and collaborate seamlessly with designers to move projects forward.
• Communication: The capacity to lead stakeholder meetings and align cross-functional teams on the product vision.
