This role is specifically designed for those who embrace the vibe coding ethos—using AI tools like Clay, Juicebox, and Ashby to automate repetitive workflows. You’ll be screening candidates based on their real-world portfolios and technical intuition rather than just their resumes. By integrating AI-assisted development practices into your recruiting stack, you’ll help create a frictionless onboarding and performance management experience.
