Automation and AI-Driven Sourcing

You will be expected to leverage 'vibe coding' and natural language AI tools to build sophisticated, automated recruiting pipelines. By integrating platforms like Clay, Ashby, and Juicebox, you'll streamline the candidate journey from initial sourcing to final offer. This is an ideal environment for someone who enjoys using AI to eliminate manual grunt work and focus on high-signal talent evaluation.

Beyond the Hire

This role extends into the full lifecycle of the employee experience. You'll design onboarding programs, establish leveling frameworks, and manage performance reviews.
