As the lead for candidate growth at Viva, you will be the architect of a multi-channel recruitment engine focused on the Latin American market. You aren't just running ads; you are building a scalable marketing function from the ground up, starting as a hands-on contributor and evolving into a leadership position as you expand the team. Your goal is to create consistent, high-quality candidate flow through savvy social strategy and data-driven performance marketing.

Vibe Coding & Tech Stack

This is a modern marketing role that bridges the gap between creativity and technical automation. You will be expected to integrate LLMs and automation platforms like n8n and Zapier into your daily operations. Most notably, Viva encourages the use of "vibe-coding" platforms such as Lovable to build out marketing assets and tools, allowing you to bypass traditional development bottlenecks and ship solutions using natural language prompts.
