The Role: AI-Native Enterprise Architect

In this New York-based position, you will lead the transition from traditional manual coding to LLM-native software engineering. At Lab49, you won't just be adding AI features; you will be leveraging agentic workflows to generate, refactor, and modernize production-grade codebases for the financial services industry. You will act as a 'vibe coder' in a professional capacity, using your deep engineering intuition to guide AI models through complex system designs and legacy transformations.

Technical Focus & Vibe Coding Integration

You will work with enterprise-standard stacks including Java, C#, and Python, but with a radically different workflow:
