The Opportunity

Justworks is looking for a technical pioneer to serve as an embedded AI founder within their People team. In this high-impact role, you will move rapidly from conceptualizing AI-driven workflows to shipping production-grade agentic systems. You'll be responsible for transforming internal operations by building tools that help employees navigate their work lives more efficiently through the power of large language models.

Tech Stack & Vibe Coding Workflow

This position is designed for an engineer who leverages AI to maximize their own output. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Architecting Agentic Systems: Designing RAG pipelines and autonomous workflows that integrate with Snowflake and Greenhouse.
• Vibe-Coding Prototypes: Using AI agents to quickly iterate on and prove out new product ideas before scaling them.
• System Reliability: Implementing robust observability with tools like LangSmith and Datadog to monitor hallucinations and retrieval precision.
• Data Governance: Building secure, privacy-first layers for sensitive workforce data using role-based access and audit trails.
