Instrument is seeking a visionary Senior AI Engineer to help construct a groundbreaking, stateful simulation engine. Unlike standard applications, this project focuses on non-linear storytelling where thousands of unique sessions evolve in real-time. You will be responsible for the 'brain' of the system, designing how multiple AI agents interact, share memory, and respond to user inputs without losing context.
The Technical Stack
Your toolkit will center on high-level orchestration and intelligence management. Key responsibilities include:
- Agentic Architectures: Utilizing LangGraph, CrewAI, and various Agent SDKs (OpenAI, Claude, Google) to build complex logic loops.
- Context & Prompt Mastery: Designing rigorous prompt structures and 'context engineering' strategies to minimize latency and ensure model reliability.
- Validation Frameworks: Developing automated 'evals' to programmatically score AI performance and maintain rigorous CI/CD-style testing for model behavior.
