THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a Vibe Coder — a new breed of builder who uses AI-powered development tools to ship fast, iterate relentlessly, and turn ideas into production-ready products at startup speed. This isn't a traditional software engineering role. You won't be grinding through boilerplate or spending weeks in planning cycles. You'll be prompting, prototyping, and deploying — using tools like Cursor, Claude, Bolt, Windsurf, v0, and whatever else gets the job done — to build internal tools, landing pages, dashboards, automations, and product features that directly impact Tradeify's growth. You'll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to rapidly prototype and ship solutions across our trading platform, marketing stack, and internal operations. If you can describe what you want to build in plain English and turn it into something real by end of day, this role is for you. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build and ship fast: Use AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly prototype, build, and deploy web apps, internal tools, landing pages, and product features — often going from idea to production in hours, not weeks. Own projects end-to-end: Take a problem or idea from concept through design, development, testing, and deployment. You don't wait for specs — you define and build them. Prototype product features: Work with Product and Engineering to quickly test new concepts for our trading platform, trader dashboard, and customer-facing experiences. Build internal tools & automations: Create dashboards, admin panels, data tools, workflow automations, and anything else the team needs to move faster. Support marketing & growth: Build high-converting landing pages, microsites, campaign tools, and interactive content that supports Tradeify's rapid growth. Leverage AI relentlessly: Stay on the bleeding edge of AI-powered development. You're expected to use LLMs, code generation tools, and emerging AI workflows as your primary development method. Iterate based on feedback: Ship v1 quickly, gather feedback, and iterate. Speed and adaptability matter more than perfection on the first pass. WHAT YOU BRING Must-Haves: Demonstrated experience building and shipping web applications using AI-powered coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Bolt, Windsurf, Copilot, v0, Lovable, Replit Agent, or similar) Strong working knowledge of modern web technologies — JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, HTML/CSS, and at least basic backend understanding (Node.js, Python, or similar) A portfolio or examples of projects you've built using AI-assisted development (GitHub repos, live apps, demo videos — show us what you've shipped) Ability to go from a natural language description of a problem to a working, deployed solution independently Comfort working in a fast-paced, async, fully remote environment with minimal hand-holding Strong product instincts — you think about the user, not just the code Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Tailwind CSS, Vercel, Supabase, or similar modern deployment and backend tools Familiarity with fintech, trading platforms, or financial services Experience building Chrome extensions, Slack bots, or workflow automations Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations Background in design or strong UI/UX sensibility WHY TRADEIFY Fully remote — work from anywhere in the world High-growth fintech — we've scaled from 20 to 80+ employees in under a year, serving 60,000+ traders globally Ship, don't spec — we value speed and execution over process and bureaucracy AI-first culture — we don't just talk about AI; we build with it every day Real impact — your work ships to production and directly drives revenue and trader experience
Responsibilities
You will use AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly prototype, build, and deploy web applications, internal tools, and product features. You will own projects from concept through deployment, working closely with product and engineering teams to iterate based on feedback.
Requirements
You must have demonstrated experience building and shipping web applications using AI-powered coding tools and possess strong knowledge of modern web technologies like React and Next.js. A portfolio showcasing projects built with AI-assisted development is required to demonstrate your ability to ship solutions independently.
