Peloton is looking for a versatile engineer to bridge the gap between core enterprise systems and autonomous AI agents. Instead of focusing on specific syntax, you’ll focus on the big picture: building the "Intelligence Layer" that allows AI to navigate complex corporate data safely and efficiently. You will be the architect of the memory systems and integration protocols that make high-level AI automation possible.

Tech Stack & Vibe Focus

You will work extensively with Python or Go to deploy RAG architectures, vector databases like Pinecone, and agentic frameworks. A major part of this role involves implementing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and creating SDKs that empower the rest of the company to "vibe code" prototypes without compromising security. You'll solve the "state problem" for AI, ensuring agents have the right context while strictly adhering to data privacy standards.
