As the GTM & Sales Ops Associate for North America, you'll act as the regional 'analytical nervous system,' turning market signals into executable growth strategies. You aren't just moving data; you're building the systems that make the data meaningful.

The Vibe Coding Stack

In this role, your primary tools aren't just CRMs; they are LLMs like Claude and Gemini, paired with development environments like Cursor. You’ll be tasked with building the 'machine' that runs the business—wiring AI into daily workflows to eliminate manual data entry and ensuring the 'source of truth' is clean enough for both humans and AI agents to utilize.

What You Bring

• AI-Native Skills: Proficiency with Claude Code, Cursor, and natural language prompting to build internal tools and automate repetitive business logic.
• Strategic Depth: 2–4 years of experience in RevOps, consulting, or GTM strategy with a focus on data-driven recommendations.
• Global Perspective: Fluency in English and Mandarin is a major plus for bridging communications between the North American field team and global headquarters.
