As a Senior Training Specialist, you'll blend traditional instructional design with cutting-edge "vibe coding" to build everything from virtual workshops to complex eLearning modules. Tech Stack & Vibe Coding

This role is unique in its explicit integration of AI-assisted development into the instructional design workflow. You will utilize:

• Vibe Coding & AI Prompting: Using natural language to streamline curriculum design and build sophisticated interactivity.
• Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise): Developing advanced, game-based learning experiences and digital manuals.
• LMS Administration: Serving as a subject matter expert to manage, report, and audit the credit union's learning ecosystem.
