As a Senior Partner Development Manager, you will be the primary architect for Mixpanel's most strategic alliances within the AI and data landscape. This isn't a traditional 'account mapping' job; you will be sourcing and executing high-stakes structural deals—including API embeddings, revenue-share models, and committed co-selling initiatives—with industry titans like Anthropic, Snowflake, and Replit. You'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle, from the initial high-level conversation to final deal execution, ensuring Mixpanel remains the gold standard for analytics in the AI era.

Technical Integration & Vibe Coding Relevance

This role is deeply embedded in the 'vibe coding' movement. You will spend your time navigating the world of LLMs, agentic frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. To succeed, you must be technically fluent enough to engage with CPOs and platform teams about the modern data stack. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience with AI tools—someone who has experimented with, built, or even broken AI-native applications—to help define how Mixpanel integrates into the next generation of software development.

Working within a lean, outcome-driven Strategic Alliances team, you will have the autonomy to design unique playbooks rather than following a standard corporate script. You'll collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure that Mixpanel’s value proposition is evangelized throughout the AI developer ecosystem. This is a high-visibility position offering a competitive total compensation range of $189,500 to $280,500, designed for a bold bet-taker who wants to influence how AI-native software is built and distributed.
