Leading Through AI-Assisted Execution

Unlike traditional executive roles, this position demands a leader who stays close to the code through AI augmentation. You will be responsible for:

• AI-Native Implementation: Modeling and training teams on the latest prompt-based development, testing, and operational techniques.
