Converteo is looking for a pioneer to help establish its North American presence by building bespoke AI agents for the world's most prestigious fashion and travel brands. This isn't a traditional design role; you will be expected to operate at the intersection of aesthetic excellence and rapid technical execution. You will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from initial sketches to high-fidelity, code-based prototypes that demonstrate the true power of generative AI.

A Workflow Built for Vibe Coders

The core of this role is a 'vibe coding' methodology that favors speed and fluidity. You will leverage an advanced toolkit including Cursor, Claude Code, and v0 to bypass traditional development hurdles. Your objective is to build and maintain a sophisticated design system that lives in both Figma and code, ensuring that every interaction feels premium. By using AI to handle the heavy lifting of syntax, you can focus on micro-interactions, visual polish, and the unique challenges of designing for non-deterministic AI outputs.

Leadership and Scalability

As you lead a specialized build pod, you will validate new concepts with real users before handing off refined prototypes to the engineering team for production scaling. You will play a critical role in the company's growth by identifying which custom solutions can be templatized into reusable core components. This is a remote-first, US-based position that offers the chance to influence product strategy while staying hands-on with the latest AI development tools.
