What You'll Bring to the Team

• Strategic Execution: 5-8 years of PM experience, ideally in HR tech or L&D, with a track record of shipping products from zero to one at early-stage companies.
• AI-First Mindset: A deep curiosity for how AI can augment human performance and a willingness to leverage AI tools (like Cursor or Claude) for your own productivity.
• Collaborative Discovery: Experience running user research alongside design teams to turn qualitative insights into technical specifications.
• Operational Agility: Comfort with the ambiguity of a startup and the ability to manage complex roadmaps using modern tools like Linear and Figma.
