Senior Product Manager - Billing
Motorola Solutions
✨ Why This Is a Good Vibe Coding Job
Why This Is a Good Vibe Coding Job: This role is a rarity because it officially recognizes "vibe coding" as a core requirement, expecting PMs to spin up AI-generated prototypes to validate ideas. By embracing natural language tools for development, Motorola allows PMs to move beyond static specs and participate directly in the technical creation of billing workflows and API designs. It is the perfect environment for a PM who uses AI to augment their technical depth and speed.
The Mission: Architecting Monetization
In this role, you will lead the evolution of billing and subscription infrastructure for the Avigilon Alta security platform. You are tasked with transforming complex financial requirements into seamless user experiences, managing everything from ERP integrations to multi-product licensing. Operating with a startup mindset inside Motorola Solutions, you will bridge the gap between finance, sales operations, and engineering to build a scalable engine for SaaS growth.
Technical Vibe & AI Prototyping
This is not a traditional "hands-off" management role. You will be expected to leverage AI tools and vibe coding techniques to rapidly develop prototypes and iterate on technical solutions. By using natural language prompts and AI-assisted tools, you'll engage deeply with engineering on system architecture, API design, and automated revenue operations. You'll move from problem discovery to technical proof-of-concept faster than traditional workflows allow.
