Sr Program Manager, AI Research Programs

The Role

Adobe is seeking a systems-oriented leader to bridge the gap between AI experimentation and enterprise-scale execution. In this role, you will oversee a sophisticated portfolio of AI initiatives within the Design Research & Strategy team, focusing on moving projects from initial prototypes to fully governed production tools. You will be the primary driver behind the 'AI at ADRS' program, ensuring that new capabilities in automated evaluation and synthetic user research are integrated seamlessly into the company's workflow.

Tech Stack & Vibe Coding Integration

This position sits at the intersection of program management and the future of natural language development. You will be responsible for:

• Vibe Coding Exploration: Managing workstreams dedicated to exploring how developers and researchers can use natural language prompts to replace manual coding tasks.
• Claude Skills Library: Developing and scaling a centralized repository of AI capabilities to enhance research productivity.
• Modern AI Infrastructure: Working with LLMs like Claude and Copilot, alongside emerging technologies like MCP connectors, to link AI models with internal data systems like SharePoint and Frame.io.
