In this staff-level role, you will be the principal creative force behind a brand dedicated to dismantling financial crime and securing the blockchain ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of high-stakes visual projects, from complex data visualizations to global marketing campaigns. This is a high-autonomy position where your design intuition will set the standard for the entire team, focusing on mentorship and craft excellence rather than traditional people management.

AI-Native Design & Vibe Coding

TRM Labs operates with an 'AI-first' philosophy, specifically seeking designers who treat AI as a primary creative partner. You will engage in 'vibe designing'—using generative tools and LLMs to accelerate prototyping, explore vast conceptual directions, and build scalable brand systems. While mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite remains essential, your ability to fold AI into your daily workflow to reclaim time for high-level strategic decisions is what will set you apart.

What You’ll Bring

• Design Mastery: Over 6 years of experience in high-caliber design environments, showing expert-level control over typography and layout.
• Technical Fluency: Deep expertise in Figma and the Adobe suite, with a proven track record of bringing AI-assisted tools into real-world production.
• Analytical Creativity: The ability to turn dense, technical blockchain data into clear, impactful editorial designs and infographics.
• Strategic Influence: A history of building brand systems that scale, combined with the 'vibe coding' mindset to experiment with new formats and workflows.

This remote-friendly role offers a base salary between $202,000 and $220,000, plus equity, within a fast-paced Series C company backed by top-tier investors.
